About me
I’ve been a Tehachapi Resident for 30 years, a Member of the Tehachapi Symphonic Chorus and a former Substitute Teacher in the Tehachapi Unified School District for 10 years. I’m a transplant from Sherman Oaks, California with our infant Son, Ryan, and Husband, Attorney Harry M. Reynolds in 1981. I’m the Founder of Tehachapi Volunteer Parent Child Group in 1983 (that met in the Town Park with Parents and toddlers up to the age of 3 years to teach toddlers, social skills sets before entry to the school system. I’m currently CEO of, and Family Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Unlawful Detainer Paralegal for, Tehachapi Court Services.Com for the past 25 years. Tehachapi Court Services is a paralegal service for attorneys and pro per litigants specializing in all common areas of law practiced by Lawyers; as well as a Contract Paralegal for the Law Firms of Manatt-Phelps in West Los Angeles and Borton-Petrini in Bakersfield. I’m also a Business Owner of Pre-Paid Legal Services (“PPL”), a 40 year old Company on the New York Stock Exchange specializing in Legal Insurance, Identity Theft Loss Prevention and Small Business Development. I’m also a PPL Certified Small Business Advisor for affordable Legal Services and Business Services for Small Business Owners, Company Employees and Families who need legal insurance as they do car insurance, for less than a cup of coffee daily. I’m also a PPL Certified Small Business Advisor for Go Small Biz.Com. (Go Small Biz.Com is the Gold Card in small business start-ups of 1-25 employees, small biz financing with Go Small Biz lenders and investors; and IT technicians (whose job it is to target your market and drive traffic to your website); and CEO Consultants that teach small business owners how to protect and grow their business. Go Small Biz.Com also provides a Free, One-Year Business Listing for Small Businesses on its Small Biz Directory that contains over 50,000 Small Business Owners in all 50 States and Canada. Go Small Biz.Com was founded by NFL Football Hall of Famer, Fran Tarkenton 15 years ago. I’m a Political Science Graduate of UCLA in 1974; and studied Law for 3 years in the Juris Doctorate Program at University of West Los Angeles Law School. I’ve taught Law to thousands of Paralegals over the past 27 years, in the American Bar Association-Approved Paralegal Program at West LA College for 16 years; 10 years in the Paralegal Program at InterCoast College in Orange County and 4 years as a Law Instructor, Department Chair and Paralegal Studies Curriculum Developer at Charter College. There has been a constant erosion of access to Justice for the Middle Class Worker for the past 30 years. The wealthy have lawyers and the poor have Legal Aid and the Public Defender’s Office. Eighty percent (80%) of America (the Middle Class) has no access to justice for every day legal matters (contract review, collections, traffic tickets, real estate consultation) without first considering the cost and a decision made as to attorney’s fees and buying groceries. My mission is to see that every working person in America is an 800 phone call away from a Top Gun Lawyer for less than the cost of a daily cup of coffee. I’m blessed to be a blessing to others; and to whom much is given, much is required.

Tehachapi...

My favorite thing about Tehachapi is...
The Small Town character of Tehachapi is preserved, notwithstanding its growth in the past 30 years.
