Have you taken a photo of Tehachapi that showcases the area in a unique way? If so, upload your photo to this group and you may see it on the cover of the printed magazine!

Each month Tehachapi Community Guide's cover will feature either a home for sale in Tehachapi or a photograph taken by one of our community members. You can submit your photo by uploading it to this group. Once it's uploaded, please either send me a message directly or add a link to the photo you would like to submit right here in this thread.

Steps to submitting a photo for cover consideration:

  1. Join this group - If you are not alread a member, click here to see the group's main page. On the right side, there will be a link that says "Join this group"
  2. Create an album - Once you are a group member, you will see a link to create a new album
  3. Upload your photo(s) - Once you've created your own album, click on "Upload Photos" in the group's menu.
  4. Link your photo here - Once you've uploaded the photo, go into your new album and click on the photo. Grab the URL (the website address of that page), copy and paste it here. Or you can contact me directly and I can locate it as well.

If your photo is to be published, we will contact you for a high resolution version of the photo and photo credit information. Please, submit only photos that you personally have taken, so as to avoid any copyright issues that could arise.

Anyone can enter - You don't have to be a professional photographer to submit a photo. We are excited to showcase Tehachapi through your eyes!

May Community Guide cover photo was provided by Dan Oakleaf. Thank you Dan, we couldn't be happier with the results. Beautiful.

If there are other photographers that would like to see some of their Tehachapi Photography printed on a future Community Guide cover, please review the submission steps above. We'd love to see and showcase your talent!
